1. Description of Service

QuickStaging is an AI-powered virtual staging platform that allows users to upload real estate photos and digitally furnish them using artificial intelligence algorithms. The Service is provided on a "credits" basis.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to complete the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• One Account Per Person: Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free trial (free credits) system is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to ban users and block IP addresses that violate this rule.

3. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

• Credits: Our services operate on a credit system. You can purchase credit packages via our third-party payment processors (e.g., Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, Shopier).
• No Refunds: As QuickStaging offers digital goods and immediate access to services (AI generation), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for used credits or dissatisfaction with the AI's artistic style.
• Exceptions: If a technical failure prevents the service from delivering an output but credits were deducted, we will refund the credits to your account balance or issue a monetary refund at our sole discretion.

4. User Content and License

• Your Content: You retain all rights to the photos you upload ("User Content").
• License to Us: By uploading photos, you grant QuickStaging a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, and process these photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service (generating the staged image).
• Copyright: You represent and warrant that you own the copyright to the photos you upload or have explicit permission from the copyright holder (e.g., the photographer or homeowner) to use them for virtual staging.

5. AI Limitations and Output

• AI Nature: You acknowledge that the Service uses Artificial Intelligence. The output is generated probabilistically and may contain artifacts, distortions, or unrealistic elements.
• "As Is": The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding the photorealism or structural accuracy of the generated images.

6. Free Trial and Watermarks

• Free credits are provided for testing purposes.
• Images generated with free credits may contain a visible watermark.
• Removing, cropping, or obscuring this watermark without purchasing a paid plan is a violation of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Uses

• You may not use the Service to:
• Upload illegal, offensive, or pornographic content.
• Reverse engineer the AI models or API.
• Use automated scripts (bots) to access the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickStaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Site.
