How the AI Floor Plan Tool Works

Three steps. No CAD software, no draughtsman.

  1. 01

Upload the Plan You Already Have

A PDF from the architect, a portal screenshot, a phone photo of a paper plan, or a sketch on graph paper. PDFs are converted to a full-resolution image in your browser before anything is uploaded.

  2. 02

Choose 3D Render or Clean 2D

The 3D render furnishes every room from the plan's own labels and shows the whole home from above. Clean 2D straightens the drawing, squares the corners and redraws the walls, doors and windows — and copies your room names and dimensions across instead of generating new ones.

  3. 03

Add Your Brand and Use It

Switch on the brand band and the plan comes back with your logo and colour along the bottom edge. Send it straight to a flyer, a portal listing or a social post.

Built for the Plan You Actually Have

Not a CAD package. A way to make the plan in your inbox presentable.

Reads PDFs, Scans and Sketches

Plans arrive as PDF from architects and surveyors, as low-resolution copies from portals, and as pencil on paper from vendors. All three go in the same box.

Furnished 3D Isometric Render

Every room is furnished for what the plan calls it — sofa in the living room, bed in each bedroom, counters in the kitchen — and the footprint, walls and openings stay where the plan put them.

Your Brand, Not Ours

The plan comes back with your agency logo and brand colour on a band below the drawing. Nothing is painted over the plan itself, so no room label is ever covered.

Your Numbers, Not the Model's

In clean 2D mode the room names and dimension strings are lifted pixel-for-pixel off your source plan and composited back onto the redraw. A generated measurement never reaches the output.

Line Art, Handled as Line Art

PNG end to end, and no photo upscaler anywhere in the path. Hairline walls and small room labels survive instead of being smoothed into mush.

Straight Into Your Listing

The result lands in the studio next to the property's photos, so it goes into the same flyer, brochure and social posts as the rest of the listing.

Why a Floor Plan Belongs in Every Listing

Buyers use photos to decide whether they like a property and the floor plan to decide whether it works for them — how the rooms connect, whether the second bedroom takes a double, whether the kitchen opens onto the living space. A listing with no plan leaves that question unanswered, and a listing with a grey photocopy of a plan answers it badly. Commissioning a redraw has historically meant paying a human and waiting a day or two, which is why so many listings simply skip it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What agents ask before putting an AI plan in a listing.

Can I upload a PDF floor plan?

Yes. Plans usually arrive as PDF from architects, surveyors and property portals. The first page is rendered to a full-resolution image in your browser before anything is sent, so the PDF itself never leaves your device.

Will the dimensions on the clean 2D plan be correct?

The room names and dimension strings are not regenerated. The tool locates the text in your source plan and composites those exact pixels back onto the redrawn plan, so what you read is what your original said — literally the same pixels, which on a hand-drawn plan means your own handwriting. If it cannot isolate the text on a particular plan, the result comes back with no labels at all rather than with invented ones, and says so. Treat the output as marketing material, not as a survey or a construction drawing — the same caveat every vendor in this category attaches.

Does the 3D render change the layout?

It should not. The prompt pins the render to the plan's own footprint, room positions, relative proportions and door and window openings, and forbids adding or removing rooms. Because it is a generative model, compare the render against your plan before you publish it — that is a five-second check.

Can it handle a hand-drawn plan?

Often, yes, and clean 2D mode exists precisely for this. But hand-drawn input is the hardest case in this category: even purpose-built vendors with models trained on tens of thousands of plans are open about struggling with it. If the first result is wrong, a photo of the sketch taken square-on in good light usually fixes it.

How much does one plan cost?

One credit per variant. You choose between one and three variants before generating, and any variant that fails is refunded automatically, so you only pay for results you actually receive.

Can I put my agency's logo on the plan?

Yes — that is the point of the brand band. It uses the logo and brand colour already in your account, applied as a strip below the drawing rather than as an overlay, so it can never cover a room label or a measurement.

The Plan Is One Piece of the Listing

Stage the empty rooms, replace the sky on the exterior, write the description and build the flyer — all from the same listing, all with the same brand kit.
